- Company provides preliminary information
- Preliminary indication of interest from us
- Additional business due diligence
- Sign Letter of Intent
- Final business due diligence, legal and accounting due diligence and legal documentation
- Closing
With a smooth flow of information an investment can typically close within 3-6 months.
